Cant find a support gem

At this stage i feel like i might have just imagined this and it doesnt exist, because I cant find it any more...

But I swear there was a new support gem added in 0.5 that gave added physical damage based on the amount of mana you are missing from your maximum.

Am I going crazy, or was this actually a thing?
