How do u identify rabies.

My cat is unable to eat. Shes dry heaving and grinding her teeth, she also tries sticking her little paws into her mouth, also she's covered in saliva. It's probably a tooth problem, but I have more than one cat so I'm kinda worried about rabies. What to do
