One-sided parotid (salivary) gland wet scrunching sound

Has anyone else had strange parotid gland symptoms like wet scrunching sound/sensation when blowing up the cheeks, ear pulsing on that side, and tissue changes around the same cheek and jaw?

I’ve had cone beam readings of my teeth and other exams of the area— oral health is fine according to two dentists. It seems to pop up chronically. It sounds like fluid is moving around the rear cheek/upper jaw/ear region. If I massage the skin there then I can feel and hear a squirting sound like fluid is moving around.
