Huel meal replacement shakes

I decided to only drink Huel replacement shakes for 2 weeks to try and help my IBS as it was so bad it was making me miserable. I have found that my stomach and IBS are so much better. Most of the symptoms went away. I ate a regular food meal today and I'm in pain and have so much bloating. The meal was healthy. I don't know if I've made things worse by not eating solid food and now solid food is too much of a shock to my stomach. I can't afford to keep buying the Huel shakes as they're so expensive. I was hoping giving my stomach a break from solid food might have reset it but its just gone back to before.
