Nexus at Sandhills

Hello me again! I’m looking around for apartments to live in the general Columbia area, preferably somewhere with some good walkability.
I’m interested in nexus Sandhills and the reviews are a bit mixed, are there any current or former residents that have any opinion on it? I’m familiar with the area but just not the apartment itself
