Help shape Broadway Creative Studios — a 20-hour creative hub rising from the Mabuhay Gardens
San Francisco's North Beach. 435/443 Broadway. The site of the legendary Mabuhay Gardens — the club that hosted Louis Armstrong, Allen Ginsberg, Dead Kennedys, Iggy Pop, the Ramones, The Specials, Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Herbie Hancock, REM, Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, Soundgarden, Jerry Garcia, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dave Chappelle, and many more.
We're building Broadway Creative Studios — a 6 AM to 2 AM, 20-hours-a-day creative hub — and we're looking for co-producers, co-imaginers, and community collaborators to help shape what it becomes.
Not just renters. Co-creators.
If you have ideas for classes, residencies, recurring gatherings, performances, workshops, rituals, or experiments that belong in a living creative ecosystem in the heart of SF — let's explore what's possible together.
