Is it weird for me to send my ex girlfriend im still on good terms with 100 roses for her birthday? (context below)

were on good terms dated for 4 years known her for 5 - no bad fallout or anything - we dont talk much but her birthdays in a few days and i want to send her 100 roses but idk if that's weird since we dont date but i still want her to know i like her and dont see her as just a friend (ive told her this before and she reciprocated it well/too) - were just in 2 different places in life trying to get our lifes together but still have much love as she said "she cant wait to see me when the time is right"- my heart says do it but idk if its the right thing since we dont date - idk some outside opinions are appreciated x
