Help getting approved for Dupixent or similar in Canada

Hi,

Im wondering how likely it is to get prescribed dupixent at my new ent? Should i get my hopes up? Financial support services? What to come prepared with?

BC, Canada, 30yo lifelong nasal polyps sufferer. Ive had 2 surgeries that didnt provide relief for longer than a year. Budesonide/pulmicort daily user that kinda works but slowly the polyps always come back. Ive been on prednisone and dexamethasone treatments and they are awful for my mental health. Ive done allergy testing. Ill aim to show up to the appt with all my previous paperwork.

Anything else i should be expecting or should be prepared for?
