I am the indie developer of Focus Passport.

I like Pomodoro, but the normal "start timer, stop timer, repeat" loop stopped motivating me. So I built a focus timer where every session becomes a flight.

You pick a destination, focus for the estimated flight duration, and unlock the country on your personal world map when you finish.

It is not trying to replace Pomodoro for everyone. I am testing whether a stronger visual reward loop helps students actually complete sessions.

I know flight-themed focus apps already exist, so I’m trying to differentiate Focus Passport around the “travel memory” side: you can export your flight history as a beautiful shareable image, kind of like how Flighty makes flight history feel personal and visual.

I’d love honest feedback from people who actually use Pomodoro:

* Would this kind of visual progress make you more likely to finish a session?
* Does the flight duration idea feel motivating or too restrictive?
* What would make this feel less like a gimmick and more like a useful focus tool?
