Recurring headaches

Are recurring headaches a sign of anything happening spirituality wise? I keep getting headaches around my temples and in-between my eyes (pineal gland/ third eye area). I’m aware that this might mean that my chakras could be out of balance/ that negative energies are attached to me, but could it also be a sign of something good? I’ve had an open third eye for quite a while now (that I believe). I take Prozac + magnesium at night if that changes anything. Is this caused by a simple explanation or something spiritual?? Lmk what you think.. thanks!
