Automatic Variable Payments

I've seen some discussion on this, but I wanted to make sure I had the most up-to-date information. I currently have about 8 credit cards (at least 3 that I'd like to move payments to Neobanc for) that run on automatic payment from my bank account every month. Obviously the amount due varies from month to month. How difficult would it be to set this up for payment with Neobanc? And would this be deemed a recurring payment?
