Crush on a friend/coworker

I have a crush on my coworker, things have felt more flirty recently but it's hard to differentiate between friendly banter and genuine interest.

Neither of us has made a move. I keep wanting to, j keep wanting to tell them how I really feel, but work complicates it and my past relationship making me anxious to date again, but i feel like I can be me around them and its comforting.

I guess I just need some advice. Yearning is painful.
