I am a master student leaving to do my internship this semester. I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my room at Les Estudiantines starting from July 1st or July 15th, 2026.
📍 Location: Route Cantonale 33, 1025 Saint-Sulpice

🛏️** Room**: Fully furnished (bed, desk, storage space)
🚿 Private bathroom + fully equipped shared kitchen
💡 Included: Internet, electricity, heating, and all utilities
💰 Rent: CHF 712/month
The residence is conveniently located near EPFL, shops, and public transportation.
⚠️** Important: the new tenant must be an EPFL student**.
