would this smell good? + any recommendations?

my favourite scent is rose (rn lancome idole) but I feel like i need something with it yk? I dont like vanilla that much or birthday cake but I still like sweet scents and I wanted to know if first of all, does ginger scented perfume smell good, and would it pair with rose? thank you ! :)
