Who could have been the worst winner of all-time?

Plenty of talk on here ranking winners. But what finalist's win would have completely blown your mind? Someone whose win would have been shocking, completely indefensible? Not even explainable by a bitter jury or poor edit. Just freaking nuts.

My ideas: Becky (13), Mick (19), Phillip (22), Will (30).
