r/accounting sent me here. Question about retirement accounts and google is giving me conflicting answers.

Kinda weird question and google search is giving me conflicting answers.

Am I allowed to max out a 401k and a 457b if you have 2 jobs?

Job 1 is a government job with 457b. Job 2 is a corporate job with 401k.

Can I put $23k in each one or is it $23k total between the 2?

Different answers depending what I click on and not sure which is correct.
