over the past 2 weeks, roaches have been eating all my bait after replenishing regularly. Do i have an infestation, or is the bait not effective?

I'm using combat max fipronil bait gel.

places 4 blobs at a roach entrance to my crawl space.

everyday for the past 2 weeks, my bait has been licked clean. I reapply bait, and within 2 days, the 4 small blobs are gone again.

they keep eating and eating, and I don't know how many roaches there are.

I would've thought after 2 weeks, the roaches would all be gone.
