Disney Gigantic Fanfiction

Hello, everyone! My name is Gabe, and I'm currently working on a story-style revival for Disney's Gigantic. It's been on and off in development for several years, but this is what I have so far. Any suggestions are welcome.

Setting: 15th century Spain, during Age of Exploration

Characters:

Jack, an 10-year old Inma, an 11-year old, sixty foot tall giantess and Jack's “big sister” who originally treats Jack as a toy then later learns better Alfonso, Inma's father, who believes humans and giants shouldn't interact Maria, Inma's mother The Storm Giants, 120-foot tall and the main antagonists of the story.

Plot: The story starts out with Jack and his parents. Eventually, through order of the king to find some new lands, they get on a ship, which gets caught in a storm caused by the Storm Giants. Jack's parents perish, while Jack gets tossed overboard and ends up on an abandoned island. Checking his pockets for anything useful, he finds a pouch of beans that are one of the things given to him by his parents. They end up in the island soil and grow into a beanstalk that leads to the clouds.
