Should I mention this to the endometriosis specialist?

Sooo, tmi, but I have rectal bleeding sometimes. It’s random. I’m not sure if I should mention this to the endometriosis specialist?

Also I usually spot brown blood for 4-6 days after my period. I been told that it’s normal and other times it’s not normal. Should I mention this too?
