Backyard tacos

I want to hire a Mexican caterer for my birthday to prepare tacos in my backyard for my friends and family.

Are there any of these services in Toronto?

Is there an equivalent for different cuisines I don't know about, like renting a Greek man for an hour and having him roast a lamb over a spit?
