Hi guys,

Just posting this on here to get some opinions really. I have OCD so I have been non stop thinking about this and it's making me insanely anxious. I messaged the proctor to say I was taking a bathroom break and clicked into the chat box. there's something just above the chatbox that says "powered by tawk.to" and I accidently clicked it while trying to click into the chat box to type turns out it's a link and it goes to their website. I immediately closed the website but now I'm panicking I'll get disqualified for that ffs even though it's on their own proctor chat. (see pic above)

Then I used my stop the clock time and I picked up my pen to write something down on a notepad without thinking. As soon as I remembered you aren't allowed to touch exam resources during stop the clock I put the pen down right away probs wrote for like 1 second total. I wrote "20" so very sophisticated lol

And then MacOs has this feature which I unfortunately found out exists during the exam. If you hover in the bottom right corner of the screen it shows a tiny preview of whatever note you happened to be working on last. Mine was a "2026 reading list" and like it made it pop up in the bottom right for a second in a mini sticker preview. immediately moved my mouse away and it went away. This was 100% unintentional and also had nothing to do with my exam and I had no idea this was even a feature on macs 😭

Anyone who can console my raging OCD or give me a reality check would be greatly appreciated. Also if you get disqualified or your conduct is questioned when do you find out?

Thank you :(
