Replaced GPU and PSU and now I’m having some weird errors

I replaced my Nvidia 2080 with an AMD 9070xt and my 650w psu and with 850w psu. I safe mode uninstalled my drivers and replaced with AMD drivers.

I’m now getting a driver power state failure every time I restart and I got a driver timeout error. It’s obviously a Gpu error I’m guessing but idk how to fix it.
