Need help with the attachment system

I recently found an ak74 reactor waffle maker suppressor, but I can’t get it to attach to an ak74 even when I take the stock compensator off, also can’t figure out how to take off/replace hand guards and stocks on any gun, also found a weird sight called the L-EVO and it’s just a weird sight and I wanna know the point of it
