boleros in tokyo area?

idk if this is the right flair or right place to ask but i’m going to tokyo soon and i’ve been looking for a frilly white bolero! (not knit)
if anyone knows any recommendations or stores that are selling any i would love to hear them!!
i’m specifically looking for open-neck/low-neck, but i don’t mind if it doesn’t have it 🥹 i also don’t care about the sleeve lengths, my only requirement is frilly/lace accents 🤍
i’ve saved up money for quite some time too so i don’t have a set price range (yet) !

i would also love to hear any store recommendations in general! (definitely checking out 109 ^^)
