Delayed side effects

I’m now on week 3 of 0.25mg and the side effects have hit me like a freight train. I was feeling great the first couple of weeks, just some mild nausea at times.

About 20 days in and I now feel sick CONSTANTLY, have been vomiting most mornings and can’t even stomach plain foods. My 0.5mg pen arrived yesterday and I’m terrified to take it as I can’t imagine feeling worse.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or any tips around what could help alleviate the sickness?
