Survey Filled Up

I had a survey about travel to Las Vegas conveniently fill up when I completed the entire survey & answered the end demographic questions. I received 2 points.

2 hours later, the exact same survey that filled up on Survey Junkie and only gave me 2 points is on HeyCash. I completed it and was rewarded the full amount. Obviously it isn't full.
