Whoosh is getting ridiculous now

I’ve noticed more and more whoosh orders in recent weeks, we are getting almost 30 orders daily. All of this with two staff members per shift. The other person is on the till so that means all the onus is on one person to do everything. Taking delivery, bringing down cages, filling, reduction, olio, waste, face up and on top of that whoosh order after whoosh order. I don’t know about other stores but in my store the whoosh is supposed to stop at 10PM but I’ve noticed more and more order coming after 10 in recent weeks. In the last hour I have to prepare the handover for the next day and that includes finishing up the face up, clearing the shop floor, changing the bins, sweeping then mopping the floor. Tonight I’ve had two whoosh orders after 10, one at 10:20 and one at 10:25 and I just refused to do it, I’m sure I’ll hear it from my manager but I’m getting sick and tired of this
