Guard Chapter 4 Must Know!

When you start Chapter 4 (potentially even right after running away with Milten), make sure to go back to the old camp and talk to the guards at the entrance and then to Thorus. This will allow you to start the quest to join mercenaries after talking with Saturas.

Otherwise you will not be able to trade with most people in all camps.
