Is this area on Greenmount Ave safe enough?

So to start im a single female looking to rent a house/townhouse within 10min to Penn Station. I have a potential place in this area here. The first place in E Pen Lucy was given to someone else. I know that Baltimore is known for having pocket neighborhoods that can be safe enough as long as im vigilant. Is the side of greenmount east or west? Im not familiar. And is it safe?
