Static residential proxies

Hello I am on the hunt for a good static residential proxy provider that allows you to select your ip states, for example I can chose 10 Texas, 20 California etc etc. most I’ve found don’t have this option… maybe it’s not a thing? I need it to be high quality and residential I can’t use sticky proxies the ip MUST stay the same until I terminate it
