I know Tirana is generally considered a safe city and I’m not asking which area is “dangerous“

However, if you had to compare these two specific locations, which one would you say feels a bit safer, more comfortable, and better for everyday living?

1.Near 9 Katëshet / Skanderbeg Square
2.Near Mine Peza (Golden Tower Residence area)

Again, I understand both areas are relatively safe by Tirana standards. Your advice and local insights would be extremely valuable to me
