Property sale forms TA6, TA7,TA10 diy

A few years back the firms were supplied by a solicitor and filled thoroughly, however,the sale fell through and the solicitor still got north of £3k, so did the managing agent for LP1 pack.

Now it's another attempt and the aim is to do use solicitor sparingly,especially that those forms have been filled and just need repopulating onto new ones. The trick is that the forms seem to only be available to solicitors i.e can't buy/download them. Any recommendations on getting hold of those forms without representation?

It's a pretty straight forward leasehold sale to cash buyer.
