Looking for a proven LO after update

I have an Xbox one s model 1681. I want to start a new survival run. I looked at modding 101 but have no idea what I’m doing. Does someone have a well put together LO that is known to work on this Xbox? I’ve only done one modded run before on an older Xbox and once I got in to downtown Boston the game would repeatedly freeze, tried to fix that with mods to reduce detail and enemies etc. but never got it to work. I like a lot of what hardcorehafling does on YouTube but I don’t need the game to be harder just want it freshened up with some new stuff for the little free time I have to game. I appreciate the help!
