Am I being scammed?

I met this guy on Facebook a few months ago, and we are doing drone insurance roofing sales working with Homework’s, Stronghouse and Affordable Solar roofing and air. The issue is when I started working with this guy as a sales rep I noticed I never signed any contracts. We been jumping between companies. We have been developing real interest but the issue is, I’m not really confident in the pay structure.

I continue to generate leads, knock doors but I haven’t really signed any contracts, I’m not on his tax paperwork, I’m not exactly working for any particular company. I’ve been doing this for 90 days almost and I don’t know what’s happening with my installs… idk. Is there any red flags in this business and is AI drone roofing a real business?
