Exit request cooling period

Ok no snarky answers please and no judgment.

How soon after withdrawing your resignation/Exit can you raise a new Exit request on the tool?

I didn't even know I don't have the option to withdraw my resignation and that only HR can do it!

Suppose HR withdraws my Exit request on June 15th - how long can one wait before raising a fresh, new request IF* needed?

Before you judge me - it's a long story, in short, the SDL unexpectedly has taken nearly a month long medical leave before I could have my conversation with him.

Please help.
