Which title is the best in your opinion and why? Use whichever criteria you wish but explain them please

I’m just going to rank the most modern and imo best version of each game (i.e I’ll be using reload not any other 3 versions, and royal not p5 vanilla)

Consider I have not experienced 1 or 2 mine are:

Persona 3 reload
Persona 5 Royal
Persona 4 golden

4 is an auto 3 for me until it gets it’s reloaded treatment soon. I’m sure it’s great but the quality of life and modernization of the other 2 titles alone beats it imo.

This is a really tight race for me seeing as I have 4500 combined hours in 3 reload and royal testing the absolute limits of both games. For story I think 3 takes the cake pretty easily. As much as I love 5 it’s just a better thought out and coherent story that aligns with the trappings of the games well.

Combat 5 Royal barely edges reloaded for my money. It is an easier game no doubt (judging both on merciless) but the super boss fights on it plus the challenge battles lets you push yourself to the limit if you so choose.
