Crystals

I’m curious what crystal everyone chose?

In my first playthrough I chose Tigers Eye, >!and it seems to have some sort of nature power. When escaping Kazimir, I covered the room in vines/plants.!<

My second play through, I chose Onyx >!and the ancient vampires showed up and allowed us to escape, so that one must be associated with death.!<

I agree with the theory that >!each one might be tied to a certain species!<. Curious about what others think?
