UPDATE: Temporary GLP-1 order pause in select states + Some delays

Quick update - One of our fulfilling pharmacy partners for GLP-1s is working through some regulatory matters. We're teaming up with Beluga to switch pharmacies and keep things moving. While we get that settled, we're pausing orders in some states:

• Semaglutide paused in: AL, CA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NV, and VA
• Tirzepatide paused in: AL, CA, KY

If your order is being filled through Mountain Care, Drug Crafters, or ReviveRx, you're in the clear. Those three pharmacies are all up and running as usual.

If you placed an order through the other pharmacy and it's delayed, hang tight. We're reaching out to every affected patient directly to walk you through the delay, a possible replacement pharmacy, and your options. So keep an eye on your inbox over the next few days.

One small ask: if you haven't heard from me yet, give it a little time before reaching out. I promise I'll get to your order. The fewer one-off emails I field, the more time I have to reach everyone fairly and quickly.
