Hidden Items

I don’t have a picture for the order but it happened to me today. I took an order this morning that was 2 customers. One had like 12 items. Well, after I accepted the items jumped to 17 items. It wasn’t too bad but those items werent showing initially. I get out of the store and to the residence and those items arent showing on my list that I shopped for. I was confused so I called support and they sent me a jumbled items list. The items were on supports list. This confirms what a curbside guy said to me once “that my list didn’t update and the customer took it off the order”. these hidden items are add ons from the original order and our spark lists arent updated when we initially see the order.
