*You awaken with a violent gasp. Ash floods through, you double over coughing until your chest burns, your lungs desperately fighting to draw air through the haze. The taste of smoke and blood coats your tongue.*

*The ground trembles beneath you. A deafening roar echoes across the horizon as another explosion tears through the sky. The screams of thousands mingle with the clash of steel and the thunder of collapsing structures, the sounds so overwhelming your ears ring.*

*Slowly and painfully, you force yourself upright. Every muscle screams in protest. Through watering eyes, you look upon the world around you, the land drowning in fire. Towering pillars of black smoke rise into the heavens, blotting out the sun. The sky illuminated only by flashes of arcane light and burning wreckage. Above, airships engulfed in flames tumble from the clouds like falling stars. Winged warriors and great sky beasts plummet alongside them, their bodies disappearing into the inferno below.*

*All around you, soldiers clash amidst the devastation. Friend and Foe alike fall in equal measure, swallowed by explosions, crushed beneath collapsing stone, or cut down before they can even cry out. This was your home, your empire. The greatest civilization the world had ever known, and now it has been reduced to rubble.*

*You try to move, to run, to do anything, but your body refuses. Then the world turns white, A blazing sphere of fire erupts behind you blasting you through the air. Stone and shattered masonry rush towards you. Your skull slams into the rubble with a sickening crack. Agony explodes through your mind as warmth spills down your face. The sounds of battle and screams become distant, you manage one last glance towards the burning ruins of Alexandria, as darkness closes around your vision and you fall into nothingness*

Hey there! thanks to whoever read my lil snipped above :3, if not you're stinky. But it is I the legendary Vi (From Arcane) with yet another banger. So unlike the title states, this won't be the story of the actual fall of Alexandria But thousands of years after the events of the cataclysm (those who know me know I suck balls at titles lol), Were the army of red lay waste to the entirety of the world of Avalon, Alexandria just being a major empire in the olden days. This story will follow your character and their journey to piece together who they once were! (Other options are welcome Ill go more into that below!).

So like stated above we will be using Fabula Ultima and its three "DLC books" ( Techno, High and Natural Fantasy!) If you aren't familiar or don't have these books worry not, Ill have a lil channel with them! for those who haven't tried any other system besides DND also worry not, FU isn't hard at all and is relatively easy to get up and running! (I say this like this isn't my first time running a game with it lol) so it'll be a learning experience for everyone <3

Now more about Avalon and what it looks like after 1000 years, the world has split into both "Upper" and "Lower" parts, the lower half being engulfed in overgrowth, ruins scattered about and bottom dwellers trying to make hearth of what is available. while floating islands above are uncharted and not properly explored, Factions and Guilds do use airships to venture these islands. This game will loosely reference Media like Granblue Fantasy and Final Fantasy (More specifically XIV)

Now onto your character!, They obviously won't be living the same lives/characteristics as their previous counterparts (Unless you really want to), But don't worry about fleshing out a complete character until *after* our lil interview, Ill help you with lore and such, But like I said your character wont be the same "person" after the fall or they are and struggle with piecing who they are! (think reincarnation, bloodlines, spirits, etc etc) Some examples,

"After my initial death, my character was consumed by a tree, my old body reduced to nothing but thousands of years later I was brought back as a bulbous seedling"

"After death, my innate magic cocooned me protecting me but at a cost of my memories"

"My great ancestor who was alive thousands of years ago fought in the final battle of man, and the people around me say i strangely look very similar to them"

Stuff like that, In your initial message I *expect* a lil bit about how your character died, and how they came back :3. Some other things I expect in your initial message.

1. Whatever you'd like me to call you

2. Timezone

3. Kinks/Limits

4. Writing Sample (New or old IDM, show me who YOU are as a player)

Some things you can also include which isn't necessary

What do you do IRL? are ya in Uni? are you a bartender? stuff like that

Favorite Movie/Show/Anime

Favorite Game? or Character

Favorite Song

This really isn't necessary lol but it just helps me with getting to know you and gauge if i'll like to have you along for the story <3, I will try to get to everyone but I will absolutely NOT be responding to low effort messages, and especially not people saying "Hey I'd like to join" with nothing else following, Show me some effort pretty please!

What to expect from me! I like to tell stories and ingrain your character into the world, I will work with you so YOU can have a wonderful character and time, so work with me so everyone can have a wonderful time. I plan on having story to smut ratio being 70/30, I hate incessant smut it dulls the story and leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth. Im super friendly and understanding! I don't need a post per day or two, I won't rush you, so don't rush me. We all have other things going on!. I will give clear communication ("Hey i need to study for an exam so I gotta dip for a week or two), so I also in turn expect the same I don't care if you need to take a break for a while, Just lmk in advance so I can work something out in story! I love to write to expect multi paragraphs.

But going back to story and what you can expect from it!, Maintaining your sky ship, Learning skills or paying NPC's to repair it, Managing resources, Upgrading gear, Ruin delving, scorching head pains as memories flood your mind. and finally "Creating your own legend" if your character wants to be a leader of a small army, we can work towards that, Want to open a tavern, we can work on that, Want to open a sky brothel? We can def work on that! I am Looking for 3 More players! I think thats all for now <3 hope to see you soon!
