Housing for incomng freshamn

Hi there! I had filled out my application for the housing in May and I have not heard back for any emails or anything of that sort regarding housing in dorms as I am an incoming freshman and I have emailed the housing email for rutgers twice now and both times i had not recieved a response. Can somebody tell me if roomate matching has begun or something else has occured.
