Target bottles

I got my first crush bottle delivered today from target and she’s gorgeous!

But I’m really in love with pearlfection and I hope it gets restocked! Anyone have any insight to if it will or what’s the deal on it? Idk if I was late to the party but I don’t think I ever saw it in stores and I don’t think I saw it online for very long before it showed out of stock. But again maybe I was late and didn’t know about it when it was available?

Side question and not bottle specific, but what is the difference between sold out and out of stock?
