Peptides for PCOS/PMOS? Other treatment ideas?

General/Advice

Hey everyone. I am a 24(F) and I'm really struggling to find a good treatment for my PCOS/PMOS.

A little backstory:

I got diagnosed at 12 with polycystic ovaries, abnormal labs, and irregular periods. I've tracked my hormones throughout the years and they are always abnormal and I have never had a normal period... I've had 2 hemorrhagic cysts and both resulted in PID. I've tried several different OCPs, I had an IUD for a few years (it got embedded in my uterus), metformin (stg didn't stop having diarrhea for the several months I tried it), and spironolactone (got super dizzy). I've always been on the thinner side (5'5, 130ish), but had to work realllllly hard to come down from 140. I struggle badly with hirsutism (currently getting electrolysis), hair loss, inflammation, acne, fatigue, and irregular periods. I bleed maybe once every 6 months, typically extremely heavy.

I'm getting married soon, and would love to get regulated before we start trying to get pregnant.

I have seen quite a few people go on peptides: Retatrutide (GLP 3), KPV, KLOW. I'm a little nervous to try because it's not FDA regulated.

Can anyone offer some advice on peptides or other treatments? Thank you in advance.
