Strange sunburn rash

Hello I’m 19F (he/him please i’m FTM) and don’t take any other medications besides antidepressants (15mg escitalopram) and PRN anxiety meds (Trazodone 50mg and hydroxyzine pamoate 25mg, maybe take 3x a month?) I am a nicotine and marijuana smoker, daily marijuana use and probably a couple times weekly now for nicotine.

I was recently camping and on a float trip, and of course my white self got sunburned lol. But it’s been a couple days since the burn and I am developing a weird rash on it. I put aloe vera lotion on both of my legs, and aloe vera from our aloe plant on the top of my right foot to see if that would help, and the rash popped up after that. i’m not allergic to aloe or anything, and none of the ingredients in the after sun lotion i used have made it worse either. I don’t really have any symptoms like fever or anything. I know I have some cuts and scrapes from the river rocks, but some of the parts of the burn don’t look like those. I’ve attached image links. Please help!! I’m lost!!!
