25M Dizziness/Discomfort

As the title suggests, I have been experiencing discomfort that is similar to dizziness/vertigo but not quite. It started once when I just felt tired then became dizzy. It occurred another time but this time with my right ear ringing just before the dizziness. A few weeks after that I got a sore throat+ fatigue but NO FEVER, so I just waited it out. Ever since then when I drive my car my eyes feel all over the place and just feels like I'm in and out of focus. I want to say that it's dizziness but it's not that but something feels off/misaligned in the eyes. What could this be and which specialty of doctor should I consult? Thanks (all symptoms increase with fatigue and I'm a heavy computer user, along with the past few weeks I haven't been getting much sleep at night)
