Room in Bed-Stuy near the J train
RENT: $1,333/month + utilities. Move in July 1st (flexible up to July 15th), with lease renewal happening August 1st.
Looking for someone to fill my room (moving for a better commute) in a 3bed/1.5 bath in Bed-Stuy between Gates and Halsey J-train stops on Jefferson Ave. You’d be joining a home with two friends in their mid-twenties (along with two cats) who both work in the service industry. Ideal roommate is femme, in their mid-20s to early 30s, and does not have pets but appreciates animals.
7 minute walk from the J, 15 minute walk from the C. Free laundry in the building, several grocery stores and coffee shops on the surrounding blocks.
The apartment has a large, open kitchen with a gas stove and oven and plenty of counter space. The room available is smaller, but has tall ceilings, a very large closet with plenty of storage space, and a window that lights up the space. Can definitely be made into a cozy space.

Jordan is a bar manager who loves D&D, table-top games & watching movies in their free time. Sophie is a server and photographer who loves to run, go to the beach & also watching movies in their free time! Living here is best for someone who is social, easygoing, but also a clean and responsible roommate.
