Facing an issue with the AH

As we all experienced, sometimes the AH rejects our offer. But today I faced a new issue.

I saw a trolli and Anted to buy it... It said the market was malfunctioning.

I went and pursued my other business and could bid or buy. So I returned to the trolli... Same issue. At a moment, there where like6 trolli and all featured the same error... Is this intended? Is this a bug with that special model?

I'm getting very close to getting all the cars so it's rather frustrating I can't instant buy a 25k car.

Also. Any solution for those "offer rejected"? It can be annoying to spam it 10 times before it works or to lose the car because of it.

Race on.
