How to start with new character on a dedicated server?

So I started playing Satisfactory recently and a friend picked it up too. So I created a dedicated server on my Synology NAS so we could play together and that works well. However, when I connect to it, it uses my existing character from my solo game

Is there a way to start with a new/separate character on the dedicated server and not have it use my existing solo character?
