TCL 55t8c stuck on google tv set up, remote and power button doesn’t work

I bought a tcl tv second hand that was never used, but when I turn it on google tv set up appears and I can’t do anything, remote doesn’t work, home button also, I can’t even turn it off.
When I plugged the mouse and try connect WiFi it doesn’t find any WiFi networks
Any ideas what could I do?
