Collaborative PRJCT NOT WORKING

Hey,
This is apparently a well documented problem, but no one from BMD seems to address, nor solve, the problem so here I am trying.

I'm an editor on a big project for a client where we need collaborative editing across three different users. Resolve seems to be the perfect choice.

Payed for the cloud access, 2gb basic plan, later updated for the 1tb plan, set up the project was nice and easy. Every person involved in this project has a hard drive with all the footage, naming remained the same. Seems ready to go.

Once one of the editors started editing and adding things to the timeline everything went wrong. Davinci stopped being able to identify any clip path, making every clip offlin3, and it seems incapable to link it to my footage, even though the naming is EXACTLY the same.

Only the first person to work in the timeline has it working, possibly because the links are local in her computer, while me and the other editor remain completely incapable of linking any media piece to the project. We can't work collaboratively, it's useless.

Tried basically every suggestion from gemini and gpt: Reconform Source Folders / Relinking / Media Mount / Renaming / Exporting to a local project and re-importing to the collaborative one -> none of them worked!

There was a post on this sub already covering this topic, but it was locked.

Can anyone help me with this?
